If you are a seasoned online shopper, you already know how much fun it can be, whilst if you are new to the online experience, it can be a little daunting. To assist you, we have outlined all our important customer care/info, so you know the process is safe, secure, easy and fun.

Shopping Online

You are only required to register with if you are making a purchase. This is a one-time process. If you have registered with us before, simply sign-in with your email address and the password that you have created. All merchandise sold on is intended for personal use only, and not for re-sale. We reserve the right to cancel all orders that appear to be for resale purposes. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and company name and any other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.


Once you have placed an order and paid for it, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive another email when your order is shipped with a link to track its progress. If we are out of stock on the particular item you purchased, we will inform you by email and your payment will be refunded.


Pre-orders are usually shipped in under two weeks depending on delivery dates with designers. La Style Loft recommends pre-ordering your favourite look to avoid missing out. As soon as your order is shipped, your order status will be upgraded and shown as 'shipped'.

Currency and Sales Tax

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST. collects and remits GST taxes as required by law on purchases made via our Site. For orders to oversees customers that don’t pay the tax, the 10% is simply transferred over to be a handling cost.

International Currency Converter

All items on are priced in Australian dollars. If you do not live in Australia, please select your local currency from our currency converter menu. Please note, exchange rates are an approximation only and all transactions are performed in Australian dollars.


La Style Loft accepts VISA, AMEX, MasterCard, PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit into our nominated account. If you choose to use PayPal or Direct Bank Deposit payment methods, it will take 1-3 working days to be cleared depending on your banking institution, and your purchases will not be shipped until payment has been cleared and accepted. Please see our Security & Privacy for details on credit card security measures.


As we endeavour to ship purchases ASAP after an order is received, we will only accept a cancellation by you if we receive written notice of your intention to cancel before the items have been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel your order and you must then follow our returns procedure and return the goods in new and unused condition to receive a credit note for the same amount.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy and confident with your purchases. However if you find the item is not what you wished for (if you find the item is not right for you either in size or colour), please familiarise yourself with our returns policy.

We advise customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please contact us at to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code. Please include your full name, address, telephone number, and state the way you purchased the item in your letter. Any request for return should indicate the reason for return and must be made to La style loft within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Returned goods are accepted 7 days from the date of Returns Authorisation Code is issued. Items received outside this period of time will not be accepted for return. For sale-goods, we are unable to offer a refund, however you are welcome to exchange or have a store credit issued to your account.

Returned goods must be unworn, have all swing tags attached and be in their original condition with the invoice of purchase.  All returned items will be reviewed for quality before return is accepted and processed.

La Style Loft recommends garments to be returned via Australia Post Express or Registered Post. Please record the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The postage costs for retuning goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

You are free to choose a full refund, exchange (if possible), or a store credit. Please note refunds can take up to 14 days to process after goods have been received. If the notes that the item has been damaged or worn, we reserve the right to send your return back to you with no refund or exchange!

Delivery  & Shipping

Domestic Delivery & Shipping
La Style Loft uses Australia Post Express Post Platinum, Air Express and TNT for deliveries within Australia for free. Once orders have been processed, your payment being received and cleared, shipping is estimated at 48 hours for metropolitan areas and 2-7 business days for regional and remote areas, depending upon the delivery location and postage method selected. As Australia Post Requires a signature on delivery, we suggest you supply your best daytime address or PO Box Address for shipping. If no one is available to sign for the parcel, they will leave a note with details on how to arrange re-delivery, or collection from your local Post Office. If the parcel is not collected, returned to us and required to be dispatched a second time, you will be charged an additional shipping fee and the same rules (as above) will apply to this new delivery. You can give authority to have your parcel left on your premises without a signature but you will need to notify La style loft in the comments section when processing your order.

Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends or public holiday will be processed on the next business day. On the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you shortly to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder, store voucher or a full refund.

Please note:

  • Orders made with Chinese & Asian labels, will take up 7-10 working days to deliver. So we suggest you order early for your event.
  • We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages once they leave our premises. We are not responsible for carrier delays. We cannot issue a refund if your package is lost, stolen or damaged.
  • You must thoroughly check your parcel for damage caused in transit PRIOR to signing for it.

International Delivery & Shipping

International orders to rest of world are sent using Air Mail and TNT for free.

Generally, shipments are delivered to most countries within 7-15 working days; however, due to various countries Customs Procedures, we cannot assume responsibility for delays.

Please read this carefully! For us to process your international order, you must read and accept the following agreement:
You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Our free shipping services do not include your local sales taxes or import duties. Furthermore, La Style Loft is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by La Style Loft. When the returned merchandise is received by us, your card account will be credited for the merchandise only.

Please be aware most countries charge import duties and taxes, La Style Loft will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs office for further information PRIOR to placing your order to avoid unnecessary cost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification from La Style Loft containing details of how to track your order. During the transit period, if you have any inquires regarding the whereabouts of your goods, you may contact the carrier directly online or by phone and quote your reference number for information.

La Style Loft offers free shipping for Australian domestic shipping.

Every one has a different body shape and size, so to hep you decide what size is best for you, the sizing charts below have been provide for your reference. Please check your selection and garment description for further assistance.

If you don’t pick the right size, you can always return or exchange the item if it is available in other size.

Sizes and Measurements

La Style Loft does not warrant that any “sizes” stated in relation to any products conform to any particular standard. The "measurements" and "style reference" are provided as a guide only and should be treated as below:

  • The Customer acknowledges that the nature of the product is such that there are no standardised size measurements. Accordingly, the “size” stated for a product on the website is only a general guide as to the physical measurements of the product.
  •  La Style Loft excludes any warranties that the "size" for a particular type or range of product corresponds with the “size” of another type or range of product.
  • The customer acknowledges that no refund, return or replacement will be provided where the sole reason for the request is that the wrong size was ordered.

Electronic Communication & Newsletter

When you place an order through the Online Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

We offer a number of free newsletters to share content information about our site with interested users. Users may cancel their free email subscriptions by simple clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of foot menu on our website page.

International Customers

International customers, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your nominated country. La Style Loft is not responsible for these additional charges. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by La Style Loft. When the returned merchandise is received by us, you will only be credited for the merchandise only. Any information regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, is your responsibility to contact your local customs office before placing your order. You are also liable for clearance charges and return shipping if your package is returned to La Style Loft due to your country's import restrictions. If your country denies any package for any reason, you are responsible for all resulting fees that are incurred during the shipment's return to us. Please check your country's taxes, duties, fees, and import restrictions before ordering from We are not responsible for refused or abandoned shipments. You are liable for all duties, taxes, return shipping, and associated fees when you refuse or abandon a shipment from La Style Loft. This includes the following reasons:

  • Your refusal to pay duties or taxes.
  • You provide an invalid address.
  • A carrier makes two unsuccessful attempts to deliver a shipment to your home, but cannot because you are away and/or do not pay duties and taxes on the shipment.
  • Your parcel is returned by customs because its contents are not allowed to be imported into your country.
  • Your refusal of any shipment for any reason.
